I stopped in for breakfast my first day in Williamsburg to have a stack of....pancakes. No surprise since it is a pancake house. My server was Delaney and she was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Banana Pancakes and they came out fast, fresh and delicious. I wasn't too hungry, so these pancakes weren't super filling and were the perfect size/amount. They have a decent sized menu with gluten free options and everything is reasonable priced. The restaurant is a good size to accommodate all group sizes. Overall, I had a good first time experience eating here and I will be sure to check them out again the next time I am in the area.
Food was superb but one warning....don't eat for a week before coming here! Biscuits and pancakes were the best. Expect much more than any human can eat at one sitting. Tess was great
My husband and I had a really good breakfast at Colonial Pancake House this morning. We both opted for the "two, two, two" which consisted of two eggs for breakfast meat, and two pancakes. I love the banana, pecan pancakes, and my husband enjoyed the blueberry pancakes that were just stuffed with blueberries. The portions were decent and we're actually more than we could eat. The coffee was pretty good too. The icing on the cake was our server. She was very sweet and attentive. Prices were reasonable.
Wonderful diner vibes, with gluten free menu, including gluten free pancakes and waffles! Essence, our server, was wonderful & knowledgeable. The pancakes came out with a Gluten Free tag. They were delicious!
Whenever we stay in willkamsburg or passing through early enough we stop by this place. Delicious food, very friendly staff and not bad prices. Ut don't be surprised if you have a small wait!

We had a great lunch here at our second day in Williamsburg. The pancakes 🥞 was so fluffy and soft,the sausage was good too 🍖they have plenty of side to choose from. The burrito 🌯 is juicy and delicious 😋! Will come back for our next time visit.
The staff is very friendly and kind. The apple pancakes were fluffy, sweet, and delicious. Definitely hit the spot for breakfast. Really liked the diner meets colonial vibe, and I loved all the chickens!
Great food and exceptional service! We had Essence as our waitress, and she was truly wonderful, warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She was easily the nicest waitress we encountered during our road trip from New York to South Carolina. Every dish we ordered was delicious, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is the perfect breakfast spot to start your day. ☀️🥞
Delaney was a delightful server, & the other staff folks were so friendly as well! It’s always more pleasant when a restaurant is very friendly towards you bringing in a service dog. (Khaleesi got some ham after we left, & she leaves an 5 star review also!). All the food was delicious! I personally liked these pancakes more than the ones at Shorty‘s. The ones at Shorty‘s are much thicker, but I really liked the consistency of these, and they gave me more fruit. I really love the quaint atmosphere here. The blues & the fireplace—so peaceful! The food also came out quick and hot! Their homemade biscuits were delicious! They also have a gluten-free menu.
